About Us
Nimpith A-Al Miraj Seva Mission (NAAMSM) is a non-political, non-communal, non-profit making and non-governmental organization, the main objective of which is to cause the socio-economic empowerment of the poor and marginalized with a prime focus on the distressed and downtrodden women. Nimpith A-Al Miraj Seva Mission started with the joint effects of some enthusiastic youth (boys & girls) by organizing games & sports and some cultural programs since 1998. This was a temporary program & seasonal basis with the gradual expansion of its games, sports, and cultural wings. This organization group feels to build a permanent youth club & for this purpose, they came forward & convene a meeting. All of them healthily accepted the noble proposal of the Founder Group
The founder of this society then started organizing sports & cultural programs throughout the year. The area is very much backward and the interior of the people of this area are very ignorant and illiterate; due to this, the founder of the society organized several awareness camps and Adult literacy programs for women. They also started collecting local contributions with high satisfaction. After the gradual expansion of its sports, cultural, and networking activities, this organization group has been formed legally and has been registered under the West Bengal Society Registration Act 19861 in the year 2000-2001. Now this group is called
Nimpith A-Al Miraj Seva Mission.
Nimpith A-Al Miraj Seva Mission is registered under the Registrar of Societies with the Societies Registration Act XXVI of 1961 and the type of NGO is Trust (Non-Government) and the Registration Number is S/IL/124. The city and state of registration are Kolkata and West Bengal. Our Unique Id of VO/NGO is WB/2012/0048140. The date of registration is 11/09/2000. We are also registered with Foreign Contribution Regulation Act and the number is 147111049.

Children Welfare Programs
To work for the welfare of the street children.
To implement various programs for the welfare of the physically & mentally handicapped children.
To organize various programs for the prevention of Child Labor.
To set up orphanage houses and to establish Creches for the poor & needy slum/rural children.
To run a children’s library and to educate school dropouts through the NFE System.
Rural Development Programs
To implement the Rural Sanitation Program.
To establish a Village Library.
To construct Low-Cost House Latrines for the weaker of the society.
Arranging drinking water for society.
Formation of Self Help groups in rural areas.
To implement the total sanitation camping programs.
To work under the centrally sponsored scheme of the Ministry of Rural Development, GOI such as NREGP, SGYS, etc.
Educational Programs
To set up Formal Education Centers.
To set up Adult Education Centers.
To set up Children Libraries.
To help the various Govt./Private Dept. for the development of literacy programs.
To work under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan.
To organize various pre-examination training programs for SC/OBC.
To promote Girls’ Education Programs.
To establish/run/manage schools to spread any or all types of education prevalent in modern India.
Environment Development Programs
Conduction environment education training in the spheres of conservation of forests and wild life for rural peoples especially the youth.
To work for maintenance and conservation of Biodiversity.
Encouraging rural masses towards the use of alternate sources of energy like solar cooker, bio-gas, smokeless chulhas and solar lamps to avoid environmental pollution.
To implement various projects related to forestry, tree plantation, etc.
To conduct the National Environment Awareness Program (NEAC) each year.
To implement various Environmental Education’s Projects in variou schools.
Women & Girl’s Welfare Activities
To create employment opportunities for women and youth through vocational training facilities to trace out the force of women/youth.
To set up Working Women Hostels, Short Stay Homes and Swadhar Centres for the women.
To set up Training-cum-Production units for the Women and marketing of products.
Formation of Self-Help Groups for the poor women.
To provide free legal literacy to women/girls.
To organize various Awareness Generation Programs for women/girls.
To provide free Sex Education to the Youth/Adolescent girls.
To set up Women Helpline Programs.
To implement various other women empowerment related programs.
